Noah and the Ark (Part II)

Gen. 7:17–8:20
Lesson Content
1. It rained continually day and night for forty days (Gen. 7:12).
2. As the flood increased, all the fowls, cattle, beasts, creeping things and all men and all the living creatures on the face of the earth died (Gen. 7:20-23).
3. But Noah’s ark floated upon the waters, free from all harm (Gen.7:17). God preserved Noah’s family and all the living beings within the ark from all danger (Gen.7:23).
4. After hundred and fifty days the waters began to dry up (Gen.8:3).
5. The ark rested upon the mountains of Ararat (Gen.8:4).
6. When the earth was dry, Noah’s family and all the living creatures within the ark came out of the ark (Gen.8:14,18,19).
7. Noah offered sacrifice to God because He preserved them from the flood (Gen. 8:20).
Moral
Like Noah, if we also fear God and obey Him, He will deliver us from all danger.
