Lesson Content

1. Joseph was made ruler over all the land of Egypt (Gen.41:41-43).

2. Joseph stored up corn for the years of famine (Gen.41:48,49).

3. Joseph’s brethren came to buy corn in Egypt during the famine (Gen.42:3).

4. The meeting between Joseph and his brethren (Gen.42:7-26).

5. His brethren were in distress because of the silver cup (Gen.44:2-13).

6. Joseph revealed himself to his brethren (Gen.45:1-4).

7. Jacob and his household came to Egypt (Gen.46:5,6).

8. Joseph nourished them (Gen.47:12).

Moral

Although Joseph was exalted, he did not return evil for evil but did good. We also should do likewise and reveal the character of God.
