Lesson Content

1. The parable that Jesus narrated to show that we have always to pray and not to faint (Lk.18:1).

2. The nature of the judge in a city (Lk.18:2).

3. The widow who desperately sought his help to avenge her of her adversary (Lk.18:3).

4. The indifference of the judge (Lk.18:4).

5. The judge decided to avenge the widow because of her wearying him (Lk.18:4,5).

6. In matters concerning His elect who cry unto Him day and night, the Lord does justice speedily, even if He bears long with them (Lk.18:6-8).

Moral

We should not be discouraged when God does not answer our prayers immediately. Continual prayers are sure to bring results.
