1. The attributes of Job and the testimony the Lord gave concerning him (Job 1:1,8).

2. He had seven sons and three daughters. He had great wealth (Job 1:2,3).

3. Job sanctified his children and offered burnt offerings for them (Job 1:4,5).

4. The conversation between the Lord and Satan concerning Job (Job 1:8-12).

5. In one day, not only the cattle and the servants of Job perished, but his sons and daughters also died (Job 1:13-19).

6. Job’s reaction on hearing this (Job 1:20,21).

7. The Lord again telling Satan of Job holding fast his integrity and Satan arguing with the Lord (Job 2:1-5).
