Moral
Though Philip was one among those scattered during the persecution against the Church, he preached the gospel wherever he went. Since he ministered obeying the voice of the Spirit of the Lord, he was able to lead the Ethiopian minister to this great salvation. With the spirit of evangelism in us, if we too obey the Lord and serve Him, He will take us in His hands and use us.
Memory Verse
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”
Romans 1:16,17
